How Sundays works.
These terms cover how you use Sundays — what we do, what you do, and what happens when something goes wrong. By using the service, you agree to them.
A Maryland LLC, not a label.
Sundays is a service operated by Clickly LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. The service connects church music directors to musicians for paid bookings in the DMV area.
You're responsible for the information on your profile and the activity on your account. Provide your real name. One account per person.
How a gig becomes a booking.
- Music directors post gigs. Musicians respond.
- When both sides confirm, a booking is locked. The director pays at confirmation; the musician shows up.
- Payment is held in escrow until 48 hours after the gig has happened, then automatically transferred to the musician's Stripe Connect account.
- Either side can flag a dispute (no-show, didn't perform, payment issue) before the 48-hour window closes. We'll review and decide.
What it costs.
- Music directors pay a 5% platform fee on top of the gig price, plus standard Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30).
- Musicians receive the full quoted gig amount.
- Fees are subject to change with notice.
What you won't do.
- Impersonate someone else.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user.
- Use Sundays for anything other than booking real music ministry gigs.
- Try to take a booking off-platform to dodge fees after we matched you.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Musicians are independent contractors, not employees of Sundays, Clickly LLC, or the church booking them. Sundays does not pay wages, withhold taxes, or provide benefits.
Stripe issues a 1099-K to musicians who earn over the IRS threshold in a calendar year. You're responsible for your own taxes.
What we can't promise.
Sundays is a platform. We do our best to verify churches and musicians, but we don't guarantee any specific outcome. Clickly LLC is not liable for damages beyond the amount of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be resolved in a state or federal court located in Maryland.
You can close your account anytime. We can suspend yours if you break these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes get an in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
