Your data on Sundays.

This page tells you what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to get it back or get rid of it. Plain language, no surprises.

01What we collect

The least we need to run the service.

  • Account. Email address, first name, last initial, an optional profile photo, and an optional home church.
  • Marketplace activity. Gigs you post or respond to, bookings, agreement details, vouches you give or receive, and messages within a booking thread.
  • Performance media. Video clips you upload (stored via Cloudflare Stream) and any captions you add.
  • Payment data. When a church books a musician, charges flow through Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Stripe holds them; we hold a payment record (booking id, amount, status).
  • Device data. A push notification token (so we can notify you), basic device metadata, and crash diagnostics via Sentry.
02How we use it

To get you to Sunday — nothing else.

  • Match musicians and churches in your area.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and dispute notices via push and email.
  • Process payments and route them to the booked musician through Stripe.
  • Detect abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve disputes you flag.
03Who we share it with

Four vendors. Named.

These are the only companies that touch your data on our behalf. Each is contractually limited to processing data for the purpose listed below.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

04Your choices

You can take it back.

  • Delete your account. Email team@solaconsulting.io and we'll remove your profile, clips, and identifying data within 30 days. Some records (paid bookings, dispute history) are retained for legal and tax reporting.
  • Export your data. Email the same address and we'll send everything we have on you within 30 days.
  • Turn off notifications. Settings → Notifications inside the app.
05Children

Sundays is for adults working in music ministry. Don't sign up if you're under 17.

06Security

Encryption in transit and at rest.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We can't see your card details.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this page. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Material changes get an in-app banner.
